整体还可以，房间设施也比较完善，早餐比较丰富且味道还不错，大厅装修很有特色，离步行街很近，不足的地方，第一房间毛巾消毒液味道很大，而且一看就是有年头的毛巾了，第二房间窗子很脏且几乎无景色可言，第三酒店Wi-Fi很差很慢这个很致命且无密码不安全，第四前提checkin速度极慢长时间等待，第五服务标准化和热情有待提高，提高客户体验才是酒店根本所在

这是西安游一路行来住得最好最舒服的酒店。酒店装修古色古香，安静雅致，独具一格，大厅弥漫着浓浓的茶文化气息，客服态度热情友好，房间干净整洁，安静舒适，淋浴间的自动浴帘大大地提高了便捷度，恰逢七夕，酒店还贴心地送了巧克力，倍感温暖。早餐丰盛美味，此外，酒店还有免费停车场，自驾游的朋友们大可放心。
