我是预定到店付的，当天我还在尕海湖时收到酒店经理来电表示要有保证金才能留房，否则不给留房。后来艺龙进行交涉了，按原来订房时的程序，还是到店付，此事说明当地酒店缺乏诚信，旅游旺季不按规则办事，房间紧张就不由你了。幸好艺龙妥善解决了。
