网上看到好评多才去的，26:30到达酒店，房间窗户正对一个坟；天黑了酒店走廊漆黑一片不开灯，没有热水洗澡，问了酒店说19:30至23:00才供应热水；这么烂的酒店为什么好好评？实在住不下去了，19:00退房，酒店收了半价房费；跟艺龙沟通客服也敷衍了事，无语～第一次给差评！！！

不在磨西镇的主城区，开车还要四五分钟，所以不建议坐大巴车去海螺沟的游客选择。开车过一座桥，桥头往左是贡嘎神汤，往右是这家酒店，很方便。胜在安静，因为远离镇中心，而且周围就这一家酒店，完全不担心吵。就是房间隔音不太好，有的客人不自觉，房间打牌不关门，希望加强对客人的劝导。设施也比较完善，热水是晚上七点以后。景区大巴可以在前台预定，早上直接来酒店接客上山，方便。
