明明订好是有窗户的房间，到了那边说本身就没有窗户，床头柜的插座就一个还是坏的，卫生间的也一样，没有地方充电，空调的噪音太大了，使人晚上根本就没办法休息，还不知冷。晚上楼下KTV声音太吵了，半夜还有人在楼间嘻戏吵闹声，使人睡不着觉！去了两天都无法休息！第二天就太累了！

地段离西湖很近，设施齐全，也比较干净，这样的价格性价比不错，唯一不足就是隔音太差，隔壁讲话到深夜，楼下ktv闹得睡不着
