位置就在杭州解放路上，到西湖很近，奎元馆，肯德基，高祖生煎就在旁边，到西湖最多十分钟，旁边的解百和湖滨银泰那里有很多吃的饭店，外婆家，绿茶，新白鹿，饭店的自助早餐品种很多，孩子很喜欢，酒店的家庭房房间说实话不大，但相对标准间来说算大了，酒店的服务不错，打扫楼层的服务员会和我们打招呼，一楼的餐厅也有很好的价平味道不错，还有好多空姐在，也是一道亮丽的风景线，吃早餐时看空姐进进出出，非常享受。下次还会来

酒店前台倒是有什么都会及时解决，就是房间地毯太脏，要求吸过一遍还是很脏，设施过于陈旧，房间内的躺椅也是脏兮兮，早餐中规中矩不要要求太高，酒店热水很好但是淋浴头拿不下来，离西湖很近，走路十几分钟就到，酒店门口的斜坡太大婴儿车根本推不上去，房间打扫及时，送的欢迎水果居然是两个大苹果，每天都有两瓶矿泉水，没有冰箱无法储存食物

原先订的是另外的酒店，因为没房间了，打过电话后客服给换了这家，房间装潢一般，就是感觉床单不够干净，我看了下枕头下还有点碎发，不知道有没有换过，就是含了自助早餐还行，交通还可以走几步马路边可以打到车

房间设施还行，也挺干净，主要是地点闹中取静，离西湖就几分钟就到，只不过可能门面在装修吧，有点不显眼。

离西湖距离不远，就是睡觉到下半夜空调不制冷，一晚没睡好，叫服务员解决，也没回应，门卡几次开不了门，还不如去快捷宾馆，不推荐这家酒店，

地点离西湖很近，走走就能到西湖，中午入住的，环境很干净，设施稍有陈旧，房间供应??，还赠送了水果（??），很好吃，早上还能看到??，很美，早餐开的很早，因为我们走的很早，还是吃到了早饭，很温馨，不错的选择，晚上因为离得近还夜游西湖，美美的。
