酒店硬件尚可，服务真的有待提升：虽说从携程订单，但从酒店给我出具我支付给携程的水单总可以吧？结果人家给出了水单，硬是不给更改价码！这也太邪性了，干脆不给出水单也行，这叫吗服务？大夏天的，大堂和楼道居然没空调，一问楼道服务员，答曰人没住满！这是啥逻辑？早餐种类不多，摆放也很憋屈，不是星级酒店的做法。不过，说一千道一万，那个地方，估计就这样！不能期望太高！到是酒店大堂门外就有北京银行24小时服务网点，这很出乎我的意料！
