这个酒店在高架旁边，临高架的房间很吵，建议睡觉轻的谨慎订房，或者订房就说好不要朝高架的。附近没地铁，最近的是西湖广场站，打车非常不方便，滴滴，易到都无人接单。最后骑共享单车去了地铁口。 对于我，下次应该不会选择这个酒店了。

酒店的环境是硬伤，高架桥旁边～嘈～灰尘多、离市中心远～离公共交通工具站点也不近，以致于洲际都把它给放弃了???
但是酒店还是挺好的，有点旧了，有点小了，但干净整洁，该有的都有，因为和旁边的皇冠假日同属一个老板，资源自然共享了
顺带一提，隔壁皇冠假日的自助餐值得推荐，品种多，价格适中，还美味可口～～

每次都会选择海外海，价格很实惠，房间也不错，最主要还有早餐，杭州很多地方相同价位的都没有早餐，酒店服务态度挺好的，房间也干净整洁，交通还是比较方便的，附近都有公交车站可以直达银泰、西湖各个地方。以后还会继续光顾，强烈推荐！！！??

酒店设施挺不错，前台接待员服务态度很好。酒店位置虽然不在市中心，但去市中心挺方便。还有就是要注意房间没有独立Wi-Fi
