虽是老酒店，但清洁卫生，服务员微笑服务备感亲切，尤其对我们上了年纪的老人照顾有加，有求必应。自助早餐也不错，特别是煎蛋师傅热情周到很值得表扬。
饭店地理位置极佳，交通方便，步行就能去西湖，公交车从酒店门口上车可直达火车站。
通过艺龙订购既便宜住宿又有保证，我们已多次入住。

三星级酒店,酒店性价比较高,价格跟其他酒店相比，还可以，我能接受.位置在闹市区,离西湖比较近的,在天目山路，地段还是不错的，交通比较便利，但是离景区还是比较远的，不过打车什么的还比较方便。新装修的房间,卫生间也比较干净.空调也还可以.
酒店的餐厅不错,菜烧得比较好,周围也没有什么好的餐厅,所以都在里面吃饭.价格也不算贵.
