这是入住过最满意的一家全季了。
首先服务特别好，一进大厅茶香味扑鼻而来，前台工作人员主动问好，并提供了身份证套，办理入住时也向我们介绍附近可以吃饭游玩购物的地方，解答我们初到杭州不了解周边环境等各种疑问。其次
是客房，一进去豁然开朗，电视很大，可以投屏很方便，茶桌上还有免费提供的茶叶和诗签，真正的在浮躁的生活中静下心来感受诗和远方。入住时候有购买了早餐，也是这家全季的好评之一，菜品样式多且味道很棒，餐厅工作人员服务也很周到，很贴心的邀请我们品尝杭州的特色葱包烩！第一次写这么多的点评文字，也是给我一次非常棒的入住体验，如果有机会再来，还会选择这家酒店！

1.周边环境便利，就在西湖边上，闹中取静。2.房间舒适又干净，设备很新，阳光很好。3.前台的小姐姐人很好，我们临时有事晚一点退房也会尽力帮我们解决，打扫阿姨也非常和蔼。4.五星推荐大家入住，商旅亲子都是很好的选择。
