服务还可以，就是有点偏，不接的话找不到地，房间里的被子太薄了，晚上开空调都没用，被子好脏，感觉好久没洗过。农药味太大。

酒店还不错，就是离火车站有点远，正常时间点才有接送站，不适合火车晚到者或大早晨坐火车者。

地理位置偏，出门不方便，说好接送的以非周末没有服务而只接没送，打车也不方便，空调介意换大功率的，房间大，空调效果很差劲，房间建议弄个电话什么的方便跟前台沟通，热水器容量也不够大，只够一个人洗吧。

房间是中规中矩吧，杭州最近温度零下，房间的空调功率偏小，所以效果一般般；热水器容量也不算大，普通的洗个澡没问题，时间稍微一长就需要等待二次加热了；酒店位置的话，艺龙定位的不准的，离火车站有1.5公里多吧，具体位置在截图中给出，酒店周边目前还是比较荒，吃饭什么的不多，以前这家酒店好像是在红街天城那边，那附近有个商城，吃饭看电影什么都很方便；还有酒店写着提供来回接送服务，但是第二天又说非周末，司机不上班，自己打滴又不好叫，因为离东站又算比较近，很多司机不大愿意接单，最后只好快滴加价才叫了辆车，不过出门百来米倒有公交站；房间还算挺大，不过里面装修一般，百来块的价格还算可以吧，不过觉得不如加几十住红街那边，出入吃饭都方面很多。总的来说，性价比不高不低，优点是价格相对便宜，缺点是位置相对偏一点。
