大厅环境不错有很多绿色植物还有蝴蝶兰百合花非常喜欢，还有古装衣服可以拍照片前台成成服务热情下次继续选择

酒店位置稍偏，外面看起来挺大气，但估计是开业时间久了，内部设施稍显陈旧，豪华大床房，床单有头发，沙发上有灰尘，卫生间过小，开浴室门就正好挡住洗漱台，只能容纳一个人使用。说说服务，本来连住3晚，5月1日上午10点20分前往二楼吃早餐，服务员告知他们10点已停止早餐供应，但我分明看到还有两桌人正在吃，我说那行，正准备离开，碰到前台带了一对夫妇过来，跟服务员说吃早餐，结果服务员立刻就安排他们就坐了。我没懂，我特意订的是含双早的豪华大床房，竟然能够出现这种被区别对待的情况。当然当时我没跟服务员理论，一顿早餐，我觉得还没有必要，但是在这个地方给评价，我还是觉得实事求是讲出来比较好，希望来杭州旅游的朋友慎重考虑该店。（住了3天，前两天外出游玩，没有吃酒店早餐，最后一天5月1号打算尝一下，也没吃上😊）
