酒店不错，艺龙太垃圾了，头天预订都确认有房间，第二天11点快到酒店再电话告诉没有房间，并且未经正面同意，擅自取消了订单。虽然后来协调安排下了住宿，但是还是造成麻烦耽搁了中午的事情。另外提前预订的还现红包也被取消了。

酒店干净，服务不错，简单早餐10元管饱，最赞的是退房时间下午14:00，很方便！去杭州推荐首选。
