真的很贴心，免费的水果，晚上的绿豆汤，进门时候的帮助，好多好多的服务，都是很贴心的。还有送给小朋友的玩具，洗了衣服，还有晾衣架……房间很大，小朋友们也很喜欢。小桥流水的环境也很雅致。希望以后礼物努力，服务员都是善良善良的妹纸们，你们的服务真的很好。五星点评。

酒店在西湖景区内，交通不是很方便，虽然门外有一个公交车站但车的班次较少，酒店硬件设施一般，房间也比较小，除了服务比较好外，其他的设施与他的价格不匹配，性价比较低
