酒店内设施非常不好，厕所马桶冲屎经常冲不下起，厕所还有未堵上的下水管，偶尔散发恶臭；房间热水需要开三分钟才变热，冬天非常不方便；酒店早餐奇差，连个下面条馄饨的都没，最雷人的是：放在餐具下的餐台垫，换个客人尽然不换垫子，这垫子多脏啊，都有前任用餐的垃圾；酒店内用餐很不方便，要开车出去才有较多饭店；酒店内没有任何儿童玩耍设施。总之不推荐该酒店，花1580元享受这等服务，此生也不会再去了。

酒店的景色是真的不错，在一个小岛上，安安静静，在岛上一住，每日静静看着千岛湖，十分惬意。酒店管理也非常好，电动车接应，餐厅干净整洁，菜品味道可以，服务态度好。有时间可以任性住上一段，无敌湖景，美。适合自驾。

住的湖景房很棒，晚上光害少那个湖光月色漂亮的!房间硬体设备不错，餐点也不贵，可能淡季早餐是单点的能选的不多。很适合夫妻或情侣两人耍浪漫，带小孩也不会太不便就是。不过很多地方还在施工中，等完工应该会更棒。

酒店环境绝对是亮点，装修风格也不错，洗漱用品也讲究，服务人员也很热情。早餐虽然不是很丰盛也算精致。如果价格再优惠些以后会常来。

环境很好很舒服、前台接待员很好很热情、房间干净整洁、早餐丰富、就是如果要出去玩很不方便、呆岛上休息放松心情是非常不错的选择、以后还要去这个酒店了，就是看点评说有送睡前牛奶我们没有收到、不过也没有关系了，还有咖啡喝、其他都很满意、全部五星
