入住4晚，感觉很不错。酒店离西湖很近，去各景点也很方便。酒店服务也不错，尤其感谢服务员贺玲，很耐心，热情，还特意帮我们找来了旅游图册。

其他服务都很好，卫生条件跟地理位置相当不错，后面办理入住的时候态度也很不错就是速度有些慢！但是在第一时间到酒店是早晨因为到的比较早大概七点左右去前台咨询入住，跟前台沟通的过程中反馈的表情让本人很不舒服！在问到何时可以办理入住的时前台给出的回答但是一脸不屑表情！

酒店无论是地址位置还是服务环境都挺好的。唯一设施给了3分是因为酒店卫生间的吹风机😂😂不忍吐槽啊

设施确实较陈旧。椅子坐垫里面的棉絮都露出大片了。尽管用得少，但确实不像四星酒店的规格。好在地理位置优越。原来看评论说房间能眺望西湖，但14层以下是看不见西湖的。

虽然空间上不是很大，但设施很合理，还免费升级为豪华双人床房间，距离景点近，可以说是性价比相当合理了～下次还会入住
