酒店环境很好，是个会所，服务也很好，早餐还不错，就是周边大环境不行，周边没啥吃的地方，如果去杭州市区的话不建议住这里，对面在建房子，晚上睡觉有点吵，其他还好，床软硬适中，比较舒服

环境很好。就是早餐比较早。洗发水沐浴露都是瓶装的。服务也很好。就是每次坐电梯都要找服务员刷卡比较麻烦。

环境还可以价格也实惠就是效率太慢了，退房退定金退担保有点慢，不知道是艺龙程序问题还是酒店程序问题，反正不是很满意问题如下：
首先我在艺龙担保付了894（全额房费），然后到店付了1600（全额房费加押金），结果第二天离店退了我的押金，迟迟没有处理我在艺龙的担保，被告知稍后会处理的，结果到我离店差不多8，9个小时后，还未处理，后来联系酒店跟艺龙加急才得以第二天处理完毕，我就想说早干嘛去了，其实再艺龙的担保在第一天我又付了1600的时候就可以帮我处理了，相当于我住一间房要双倍押金加全额房费吗，这个就是我最不满意的地方，
