宾馆位置地处城市中心，交通方便，距离火车站、地铁站都很近，乘坐公交车也非常方便，距离西湖景区、吴山天凤广场、河坊街都相当方面。宾馆早餐品种丰富、用餐环境好。客房房间很大，服务员服务热情，以后还会再来。只是房间设备略显老化建议更新换代。
