酒店硬件设施都是非常不错的，房间干净卫生客房服务员热情周到非常好，早餐不错下次还来。只有入住时候前台一位姓张的有点刁难，我携程定的且预付了房费，入住时安排的房间不舒服要求换下房间，张前台死活都不同意，一会说房型不同一会说价格不一样，幸亏我问了客房的 ，都一样，携程也明确同楼层也一样价格就一样，我只换同层的啊！后来携程电话处理好了，希望张前台不要刻意刁难客户就好！
