都挺好的，就是吃晚餐的时候揪心，服务安排特别差，安排好桌子，一转身就被人霸占！处理能力低下，就会一直让客人等，说好有位置第一个进去，结果又被人抢位置，对客人真不上心！算是服务态度差，很敷衍了事！

酒店的服务很热情，小孩子不小心摔伤了，一大群工作人员过来帮忙，热情关心，去了房间还是不是关心伤情，配送鸡蛋给热敷，值得再次入住

离开的时候也发了微信朋友圈，说实话这次旅行大家都挺满意。酒店很干净很新，服务也好。早餐也能帮忙送到房间，温泉随意泡，比较适合朋友、家人集体出游。

新开的酒店，卫生挺不错，房间也很新，但我是不建议入住，算是福州的郊区了，房价比较贵，因为人少，所以早餐很少，对不起这个价格。

新酒店卫生干净，温泉水也很干净，服务设施实在跟不上，比如早餐，这是我吃过最差的酒店早餐，还不如招待所，品种少的难以想像，就算人少也不能这样，牛奶还是冷的，说了才一声不吭拿去加热。晚上拼床时还在床底下发现个用过的尿不湿，天啦！泡温泉想喝开水，结果全是凉水，问有没有饮料说是温泉跟餐厅提供橙汁，结果是橙汁粉兑的街边一元一杯那种，心情顿时不好了…周边没地方玩，游乐场设在温泉里还早早下班，你让住店的小朋友晚上怎么过？
