酒店服务超级差，十二点去办入住结果说上个住户还没退房，过了一会儿又打电话来说有人想跟我们换房间，一直推荐我们其他房间，说了不想换还是一直推荐，玩了一趟去酒店还是办不了入住，说上一户要下午五点才会搬走，严重影响我们入住。搞到最后六点才办入住，也没有任何赔偿措施。第二天明明我们订的房间含双早，去吃早饭服务员说不含早餐，也不主动和前台沟通解决问题，态度极其恶劣。 总之，本来度假是来放松的，这家酒店唯一的本事就是能完全破坏你的心情。以后再也不会选择的酒店!!!!!!超级差评!!!

新酒店，位置很好外观很好，但是软件有待改进，前台服务很慢，报入住人名字都查不到酒店，有点混乱。早餐与酒店定位不匹配，没有鲜奶，牛奶是奶粉泡的，东西不多。
