对酒店的各项硬件设施给好评！最要值得一提的是酒店的服务要给特别的赞！！因为我和老公每次出行对住宿要求都比较高，一定要保证好的休息，所以计划来乌镇游玩之前就提前在艺龙搜索住宿酒店了，看到大家对宜园酒店的点评都相当好，就毫不犹豫的定了房。首先要说酒店的各项硬件设施还是不错的，房间很大也很干净，装潢精致典雅，很符合水乡古镇的风格。还有一个小小的私人庭院，可以静坐阅读或者小酌，都是不错的。更值得一提的是酒店的服务非常到位，非常注重人性化服务和细节服务。从办理入住开始就有服务人员专程游船接到酒店。天气炎热，一进门就有服务生送来了凉毛巾，非常体贴。房间内还提前给准备了防暑的绿豆甜汤。由于我们到店的时候已经快下午一点，服务人员专门帮助点了餐并且来房间把我们带到餐厅。根据我们的游玩时间安排下午茶和就餐时间，各项服务都非常的细致入微，服务人员也很热情，临走时候还送了礼物给我们。这次旅行真的是非常愉悦的一次旅行！我和老公说下次带爸妈一起来还住在这里！

酒店非常好，虽然贵了点，但贵的有价值。一进洒店马上端上红枣银儿汤，一路VIP服务，硬件软件都达到五星水平，家人都很满意，下次再来。
