酒店前台的客服服务非常贴心，很有耐心，让我感觉很温暖。酒店的热水是24小时供应，水量大温度也很好，花洒喷头可调洗的很舒服。

估计只要不是住在乌镇西栅里的星级酒店，大概都是差不多的配套。客栈位置属于长街靠里的位置，离景区其中一停车场比较近，但是离景区正门稍远，一人出行稍微不方便。

这家是乌镇景区外面的一家民宿（靠近西栅）个人认为西栅比较好玩，这家民宿的环境一般，外面大多数是农家菜或者大排档，距离西栅入口大概走路要15分钟左右吧，就是被子有点脏（被子上还有字迹），房间有点小，配套设施还可以

空调响的厉害 出风口特别脏 被子一股泡面味 枕头上还要别的女人的头发 老板服务态度还行 但是 我在这个地方和女友闹掰分手了 走的时候老板还特意的问我 所以 果断差评 垃圾！还我女朋友

位置离乌镇西栅2号入口比较近，虽然不能在2号入口进入乌镇，但是西栅的游览结束后可以直接从2号口出，直接走回宾馆，很方便。

真心觉得这个价不值，房间太小，还没有矿泉水这基本配套都没有，床就靠近洗手间，一次我要上大号时，我老公很是担心空气不流通，害得我上个洗手间都要小心，很无奈。没办法只住了一晚，我们就在另外找了家住下，房间比这家大了一半，靠景区还更近，关键是价格还差不多……其实这里大部分都是民宿，不差没地住，有的是房间，竞争还是很大的，所以我们不要被这些商家吃死。
