酒店比较老，但还算干净，原政府宾馆，又是这么偏远的地方，就别期待什么服务标准了，位置还可以，到江边只有500米，也很安静，性价比一般

酒店门口左转步行2分钟即到凤凰广场，很近。酒店早餐20元/人，自助式的，不错。前台客服热情周到，有问必答，始终是笑脸相迎。房间干净整洁，有免费停车场。

就在凤凰古城旁边，2分钟就能到凤凰广场，前台客服温柔有耐心，对我们的提问一直是有问必答。房间卫生整洁，对面马路就有吃的，特别方便。最赞的是有自己的停车场（免费），适合自驾游。

酒店位置好，离景区很近，步行即可，热水好，空调好，停车免费，服务也可以，就是酒店的用品旧了，那个浴衣，毛巾等黑不溜秋的，还毛呼呼的，不敢用。
