客房清洁，卫生状况良好，但是细节还是不尽人意，譬如：卫生纸很少、如此好的房间居然没有电吹风、关键是淋浴器坏了，没有修理，这些情况就是服务不到位，客房清洁人员都应该检查和整改的。好的软件可以弥补硬件的不足，但是倒过来，再好的硬件没有好的软件，我宁愿不要。
