1.空调声音大得根本睡不着，关了又很冷
2.房间床头两个插头没有用，晚上手机压根没法充个电
3.唇膏落在房间里了，但是退房时明明有去查房间的环节，没有任何人提醒我。我想起来的时候已经离开新余了，可是到现在也没人告诉我有个唇膏
