酒店位置较偏，但是环境超棒，值得入住。前台服务尚可，客房服务有点儿差，因为国庆当天路上堵车，夜里12点才到达酒店，又赶上有团队入住，所以办理入住到房间已是00:30左右，第二天还要出去玩儿赶紧就睡了。第二天早上发现枕套上有污渍，特意摆在表面，希望打扫房间时能换掉，不想晚上回来不但没换，还被扣着摆在床上，当即给客服打电话希望能换一个，并且希望能更新一次性拖鞋，过了一会儿，客房服务的阿姨来了，进门后将两双拖鞋扔在了电视下方的桌上，然后开始换枕套，撤脏枕套时居然是手脚并用的，脚踩着枕套手拽枕芯，并且问我，是怕第二天退房时不好说吗？真是可笑，本来就是你们服务不到位，我甚至怀疑我们入住之前有没有更换新的床上用品？第三天早上发现被子上也有同样的污渍，因为转天就该退房了，就没要求更换。枕套没有拍照，没想到服务是这种态度，所以拍下了被子上的污渍。就算营口不是一线城市，五星级的酒店也不该是这样的服务。
