酒店在火车站附近，紧邻鹰潭公园，距离商业中心凯翔新天地和时代广场（永盛百货）均不远。可惜年三十晚上连一家营业的饭店都找不到，全歇菜。宾馆二楼的餐厅虽然营业，但需提前预订，临时去也吃不上。酒店前台服务非常热情，客房内整洁，配置尚好。早餐还算丰富。

开车进城位置很好找，就在鹰潭公园对面，步行去公园很方便。停车场很大，停车方便。前台服务态度一般，房间面积不小，卫生一般，抽水马桶是坏的，水箱不停地漏水，马桶与地面之间也有漏水。热水温度不够高。早餐还可以。
