第一次来他家住，感觉工作人员都好好，尤其是前台Nelson笑眯眯的，问啥答啥，早餐种类也挺丰富的，房间虽然不是最新的但维护得不错，附近地铁商场都有，出行方便，下次还来住，赞赞赞～

The hotel’s location is very convenient, being situated about a 10 to 15-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Check-in was quick and smooth, likely because we arrived late at night. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the process.
However, the room condition was disappointing and appeared to be poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, as we found several long hairs on both the sofa and the floor. In addition, there were small flies present in the bathroom, indicating inadequate pest control measures. The bathroom door could not be locked, the bedside clock was not functioning, and the lift call button in the 9th-floor lobby was malfunctioning and continuously blinking.
While the location and service were positives, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected our stay experience and fell short of expectations.
