位置很好，在地铁站旁边，旁边还一个商场里面有好多吃饭的地方，还有卖衣服的，比较方便，楼下也有便利店啥的，很方便，交通便利购物便利

因为银行活动入住，入住率爆满工作人员态度没有以前好。很多准备工作都在有条不紊展开中。

入住的时候比计划提前了，尝试与负责Checkin的好像叫Cheery的女士沟通，高效专业地提出多套解决方案，达成双方都满意的效果，特别进行点赞??负责房间整洁的也积极响应需求??最后checkout的Fanny也非常出色??

前台热情服务周到，房间乾净，早餐很丰盛，门口左转就是地铁和公交，去牛街小吃街133只有两站就到了，天安门博物馆地铁直达天门东站，过地下通道就是故宫，去雍和宫和天坛花园都是半个钟，出行很方便，因为去天坛回来晚了房间还帮延时到三点半了，非常感谢酒店前台。

房间档次很高，窗外风景很好！桌子很大适合办公，床很舒服，适合睡眠不好的，非常解乏。超级喜欢，下次还来住。出门打车，地铁，吃饭都很方便。

One of the best hotels at Beijing, exceptional service, great location with metro station just 5 mins walk, great selection of dining and shopping options right around the hotel.
Only downside is that the rooms are bit dated, but the service more than makes up for it.
