Great hotel and a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect for getting around. Despite being central, the room was very quiet, the sound insulation is excellent. I also really liked the shower: good water pressure, warm water right away, and easy to set the perfect temperature. Overall, a comfortable place to stay and I would gladly come back.

By courtyard style they mean that you have your own little room with a separated living room + TV and a bedroom. It’s not huge but nice and cozy with floor heating - nice touch for Beijing winter.
There is a very light smell coming from the bathroom pipes. If you are extremely sensitive it might be inconvenient. The room I was in did not have proper sealing for the shower door and water leaked quite a lot while showering.
Overall it’s clean, location is a 10 min walk from Dawanglu subway station.

这次入住体验太棒了！从前台热情专业的接待，到客房乾净整洁的环境，处处都能感受到酒店的用心。房间布置温馨舒适，床品柔软亲肤，智能设备一应俱全，连小冰箱里都贴心准备了免费饮品。早餐种类丰富，中西式餐点都很美味，位置也超便利，周边商场、地铁站步行几分钟就能到。最让人惊喜的是工作人员的服务，主动帮忙提行李、推荐景点，全程都特别贴心周到。下次来这边一定还会选择这家，强烈推荐！

我与姊姊在11/12-11/14住了两晚，前枱服务员非常热情，还帮忙拿行李。
房间的间格很合心意，门口有小小的坐位，中间浴室，再入是两张单人床，有小小的空间很适合两人入住。
早餐供应不断，两位工作人员勤快。
稍有不足是自助洗衣间不太清洁，烘衣机的尘网没有及时清理，整体卫生程度低，有待改善。

第一次来北京，选择啦住这家酒店，位置在SKP旁边，房间在这个地段绝对也不算小啦，有客厅，还有卡座，朋友来啦聊天喝茶的问题都解决啦，很满意，水也是无限续，乾净衞生房间，设施也都挺新的，房间有问题联系服务生，也能及时给到解决方案，总体来説入住体验感很不错

订的行政大床，有个小客厅，房间整体面积还可以。住了7天6晚，老婆孩子住得都开心。从酒店打车去去天安门故宫等景点很近，附近也有国贸商圈可以逛，总体出行算是很方便。前台服务热情周到，下次来北京还会考虑住这

设施：房间小度很方便，个人比较看重的洗衣房和停车都有，附近吃饭便利店都很方便，大堂的咖啡机不是很好用
衞生：整体衞生达标，但衞生间浴室希望可以清理打扫再仔细一些，入住的时候浴室洗发水台有头发
环境：整体环境很好，挺安静的，住在一楼很方便
服务：入住时的前台小姐姐给免费升了房，多一个小会客厅空间宽敞很多，服务很贴心，退房也延迟到两点
