房间很乾净，服务态度也很好，位置优越，去协和医院很方便。
洗发水是桔子味的，前台的免费饮料也是桔子味的，微甜微苦的真实橘子味，不是劣质的橘子香精味。

附近有多个商场，购物饮食完全没问题
工作人员友善，乐意替住客解决问题

去协和医院超级近，走路10分钟就能到达，非常方便，去商场吃饭大悦城走路5分钟可以到，前台小姑娘服务特别热情，给我们预约天安门，非常棒，衞生也比较乾净，推荐入住

房间乾净清爽，设施齐全，室内还有一个小冰箱，感觉很温馨，第二天退房时前台的小妹妹人很nice，素质好办理快，有效介绍，离协和医院西单院区步行约6、7分钟，挺方便的，如果再来还会选择桔子酒店西单店

这是第二次预订了，一如既往的给力。酒店位于西单市中心，办事非常方便。酒店服务非常热情周到，我有一些事情谘询了好几次，每次都能够耐心解答，并提供解决方案，这个是非常不容易的，让出行更加便利。下次如果有出差安排，还是会优先考虑西单的这家桔子酒店，非常感谢，谢谢。

酒店位置在鄂尔多斯大厦那进去左拐就能看到了，在房间里喊小度帮你关灯、开空调，这点我很喜欢，冰箱里的水免费喝，外卖机器人送到门口，很快！

I stayed for 3 nights. You’re basically paying for the location, but the area is convenient enough that you won’t regret booking it. The hotel interior feels a bit old and the cleaning seems superficial. Staff don’t speak English. I liked that the cleaning lady replaced the water and emptied the trash every day. The room feels quite dark due to poor natural light, and it’s cold inside — especially in the bathroom. It’s fine for a short stay. The room was quite small and felt cramped. The mall and shops are just a 5-minute walk away.
