虽然是老五星酒店，但是环境卫生都很好，服务也不错，位置在王府井的核心位置，前期入住过程中有个小插曲，但是酒店处理地很好很及时，入住的时候很愉快，令人感觉很舒服

酒店位置很好，大堂很阔气。餐厅很棒，唯一的缺点是房间实在太小。房间的设施可能比较老旧，但卫生比较不错。总体来说在五星级酒店里性价比还是可以，主要因为它的地理位置比较优越。如果需要吃早餐的，可以直接在网上订房的时候直接包含早餐。如果去酒店买早餐券也可以，想买几天就买几天。也比较方便，就是价格有点贵，88元一张。
