我定的是一米八乘两米的床，结果前台给我开的房间床也就是一米六左右，给我调房结果房卡打不开房门！两个服务员给我送房卡竟让看着我提了好多东西去给我调换的房间！这是五星级酒店的服务吗？下次再来北京肯定不会再来他家住，我还会和同程反应！

酒店位置优越，位于王府井步行街附近。早餐也很方便，酒店斜对面有庆丰包子铺和山西面馆，只是味道真心一般般。吃饭的话王府井步行街那边也方便的，属于市中心位置。离天安门，故宫，南锣鼓巷，前门大街都挺近。去中国美术馆的话步行即可。酒店属于老五星级的，设施相对老旧一些，房间不是特别宽敞，双床是1.1米，太窄。暑假岀游，房间价格估计涨了一些的。总体来说还可以吧。

不愧是帝都老牌5星酒店，地理位置绝佳，特别适合亲子游，酒店服务员 刘晓慧 让我记忆深刻，当我带着孩子到店时已经有点晚了，我的父母从另外一座城市到北京和我汇合，由于不能安排在同一个楼层，还特别棒我升级了房间，房间就可以看到阔气的大厅，这个房间很安静，还特意为孩子准备了儿童牙刷和七巧板，非常赞
