晚上洗澡，没有热水，带小孩洗澡冻着了。酒店处理相当糟糕，夜里十一点半来维修，我们带小孩已经睡觉了。这次是唯一一次住酒店洗不了澡的。住酒店就两点最重要床和洗澡。曾经多次选择的酒店，在成都感到非常后悔

酒店位置很好，离商业街小吃街都很近，只是旁边就是写字楼和学校，中午楼下人特别多。

经典的假日酒店，各种熟悉的布置。but房间的空调不是太好用了，最不满意的是冰箱坏了，报修后也没修好，晚上回去又第二次报修，才给我换了一个冰箱。酒店位置不错，交通也很方便，2号线某站C出口上来就是酒店大门，算是性价比之选吧

老牌假日，设施不错，就是泳池小了点；就在地铁站边，走路几步就到了；落了毛巾，回来取，结果客服人员下班了，没有钥匙拿不到，让寄过来，邮费还是到付，哎
