空调没用，外面很冷房间都很热，打电话前台说派人来看，等了一个小时也没人来。中央空调总闸应该是关了为了省电。室内温度比外面高6度

这次体验很不好，相同价位的酒店这次是最差的，电视打开完全看不了，室内空调就是个摆设，根本没有用，退房时充电器忘记房间，回去拿的时候提前给前台打电话说过去拿，到了酒店门口再次打电话确认马上去前台拿，但是到了前台前台根本没有准备好，还和另外的同事当着顾客的面发生争吵，然后等了16分钟，足足站了16分钟充电器总算是拿下来，不过帮忙拿充电器的阿姨态度还是很好的。不想再次入住的酒店
