房间卫生不佳，抽纸箱和洗漱品的收纳箱上有大量白色的水渍，一看就是很久没擦过了。最不能忍受的是淋浴花洒出水量特小，出水眼很多堵住了，水温也不高洗澡洗的特别不舒服。

房子进去一股多大的气味，拉开窗帘发现地上有个矿泉水瓶没有收拾干净，可能是无烟房，房子里没烟灰缸。
