酒店设施陈旧，淋浴房下水道堵塞！电话维修部派人来疏通都不得行，呕！但服务人员态度、速度都还是很快。

打扫比较慢，我们两点办理入住办了很久，豪标的床还是比较大，两个1.5米的，我们住的6楼，如果是洗澡高峰期，热水要很久才上的来，池子比较多，小朋友玩得很开心

酒店服务员加床被子都说没有，设施和服务最多勉强算个4星酒店，室外温泉有6到7个池子，还有室内几个大池子，泡温泉还算将就，是一家开了10年左右的老酒店，期望值不能太高。
