  上午电话联系过，说十一点可以办理入住，结果来了后才知道入住的并不是定的商务大床房，而是他们的其他房型，价格便宜一些的，因为房型和厕所马桶坏了的问题，给前台说了换网站上一样的房型，前台说可以，但是别人未退房，等他们到时间会更改给我，结果有事凌晨四点多才回酒店，却被酒店另外一个前台告知预定的房型没有了，而我订的是不可退的房型，他们可以给我换成其他的房间，前台带下去看房间一直催促说快点，前台不能没有人，态度不好，我让他们补差价一大堆理由，商务大床房消耗了我一个红包，红包属于个人资产，让他们把红包的差额加进去，死活不同意，因为有事还要住一天，也就不愿意带行李换房型就继续入住了，换其他的网站比艺龙便宜，跟前台说了房间不用打扫，结果回来还是有服务员进过房间，太无语了，差额没几块钱，这样那样的理由，不在意这几块钱，但是觉得酒店前台人员服务太差劲

  春节期间能住在这里简直是捡漏了，价格实惠，设施干净，在地铁站附近到解放碑方便，满意。等我申请延住价格已经翻了一倍多到了500多了。
