总体来说还是很不错的呀～酒店位置还是挺方便的。宾客体验主任Aurora提前为我准备好了房间，很热情大方，房间内的备品也很齐全。房间楼层都很高，设施设备也OK的。

酒店大堂不够豪华，没有五星级感觉。
房间桌子没有擦干净，黏糊糊的，这点不满意。
房间里的设备还是比较齐的。
缺个充电器找前台借，很快送达，关于服务这点还是满意的。缺了沐浴露也可以很快送上楼？
酒店早餐差了点，东西不少就是大多放冷了放硬了。
早餐那个奶茶算是史诗级难喝。

整体来说非常不错，服务热情，入住时要求帮忙找个安静点房间，就安排不临街，房间隔音非常棒，在广州属于性价比不错的，房间有暖风空调对于这时气温非常有用。
