    这次的入住体验非常棒，前台小姐姐都很漂亮，很有礼貌，提前登记好基本信息，手续办的很快，感谢嘉敏，韵诗，晓敏。温泉区的服务也是温馨有归属感，送了果盘，特别点名表扬曾水仪和宋丽冬，全程微笑，贴心服务，孩子玩的很开心，既能泡温泉又有表扬看，有的享受有的玩还有礼品拿，自助餐也要点名，环境不错，食品干净卫生种类还多，性价比很高，会再来的

    第一次入住广州碧泉空中温泉大酒店，我们一家大小4口和闺蜜一家大小3口入住的是山景复式套房，房间非常干净整洁，服务态度好，早餐也比较丰富，温泉池也多元化，有小孩玩的水上滑梯和波波池。特别要感谢一下温泉部的曾水怡和影霞，她们服务态度非常棒👍满脸笑容，特别亲切，还送了花茶和糖果🍬入住感非常棒👍还会继续光顾的。

    从化很多温泉酒店都住过，这一次尝试的心态来住一下碧泉。工作人员的服务都非常好，我觉得这个是一家上档次的酒店必备的最重要的条件，房间的卫生算很干净，温泉是有室内和室外组成，就算下雨也可以泡温泉可以玩水。虽说开业已经有好几年的时间，但是设施看上去也不算很旧。服务和卫生干净才是最重要的。开电车过去酒店还有充电桩的服务，这个非常好，能跟上现在时代的节奏。最后退房的时候前台的小姐姐还送了两瓶矿泉水，可以在回家的路上喝，服务很贴心。

    下午5点到的酒店，停车方便，办理入住很快，房间还可以，比较干净整洁！换了泳衣直坐电梯到三楼温泉区，泡池多，泡得很舒服，还有小朋友喜欢玩的滑梯。特别谢谢池区服务员朱丽冬和曾水仪的贴心服务，知道我们没吃晚饭就特意送了一份水果给我和小孩吃，这点感觉很温暖，点赞👍 自助早餐也很不错，品种丰富，特别推荐猪脚姜，真的很好吃😋总之，这次入住体验非常棒，服务态度都很好，会推荐给朋友的！

    第一次来的酒店，算是盲买，挺惊喜的，特别是员工们的服务态度都好好，入住会带着走，泡温泉里面的工作人员会很耐心服务也周到，自助餐也好吃，刺身可以无限吃且不用排大队，温泉的休息区舒服也，环境也干净。也可能是因为不是周末不是寒假人就比较少，服务也更周到些，温泉人不会像下饺子。谢谢向梦奇，嘉敏，泳芯，婉婷，美玲
