房间位置很不错，服务态度可以。但前台确认订单时间很久，至少20分钟。房间有窗，但一进门就有霉味。大堂香水味道过重，休息区位置不足。

位置好，就在太古汇边上，去正佳广场，天环和天河城都很近。但酒店和写字楼一起的，好像4～11层是写字楼，具体忘了。但共用电梯。周末不上班没感觉。泳池不是标准的。估计也就6乘15米吧。泳池空调滤清器太长时间没有清洗了，一股灰尘的味道。房间够大，但视野不好，周边高楼太多。停车免费。这个必须大赞！！！给的拖鞋的鞋底不干净，应该是穿过的。

早餐是西式的，没有广东一点广东特色，健身设施只有两三台跑步机，晚上九点就关门，唯一的优势是位置。

位置非常好，独门独院，逛街很方便，卫生、服务都OK 。酒店开业至今有一定年限了，房间部分装修有些残旧，且楼上用水，会发出噪音，床也比较软。

交通非常方便，周围的美食也非常多，并且都是品牌美食店。酒店设施和服务都不错。唯一美中不足就是第一天刚进房间门的时候，感觉房间会有厕所的味道，建议清扫客房时的排风扇可以多抽风，或者点一支香驱味。后面几天因为出门还是保持排风状态（虽然感觉有点浪费电），但是回来进门就感觉好多了。瑕不掩瑜!非常满意。
