服务很差！因为艺龙订房渠道是通过旅行社，于是受尽歧视。
首先给的房型差，给的一楼，明明二楼有房故意说没有，我强烈提出后又说二楼有房了。
其次想延迟退房，前台说只给到十二点半，作为星级酒店是非常没有诚意。
三是游泳池门是锁着的，要游还要打电话，在游泳池门口苦苦等着救生员开，游泳时救生员一边抽烟一边很不高兴的看着你，这是怎么回事？？
而且泳池水比较脏。
各位看着办吧，反正作为度假挺影响心情的。

莲花山唯一一家高档酒店，位于山顶位置绝佳。春节周围人多乱，酒店内部却很高大上，房间外面就是泳池感觉很不错。

房间大，没异味，床铺干净，热水充足。在莲花山顶，环境实在不能再好啦！让人心旷神怡。中餐厅和西餐厅味道都很不错，相对于其他景区内五星酒店来说不算贵了，而且还可以上美团购买优惠套餐，那个鸡扒鲜嫩多汁，实在太美味啊！冬天室外泳池没开放。服务员完全达不到五星的服务水平，两张房卡只有一张能开门，让重新做一张送过来，一直没送。酒店内有棋牌ktv和健身，但没有spa沐足，如果有，度假就更完美了。
