环境不错，淡季，免费升级江景房，但是离珠江还是有点远。
卫生挺好、干净，房间不算大，不过装修很有风格（欧陆风格）。

平安夜入住，入住时前台工作人员主动安排小朋友在旁边休息，发了小朋友的贴纸夹（和在新加坡Ritz的一样），并派发了圣诞小礼包。酒店风格一如Ritz一贯的装修，很有年代感，走廊的镜子和吊灯很复古。早餐品种丰富，牛角包香甜酥软，太好吃了。胶囊咖啡机很强大，走时还可以打包咖啡，服务很周到。地理位置优越，出门就是广州图书馆和博物馆，对面就是小蛮腰，2km就是花城广场，10:30出发珠江边溜达一圈又去广州博物馆游览，下午1点会到酒店办离店前往机场。很闲适的体验。
