11点入住酒店在前台叫了柠檬片和盘子叉子说一个小时之后才能送过来，我理解。但是接着过了一个小时任然没有送过来 连续催促前台3次任然没有任何反应 直到早上退房

这家酒店住了N多次了，对于旅游来说位置没有太多优势，我主要是商务出差住，酒店设施齐全一直是个优势，可惜这次健身房装修，游泳池停用了。另外，早餐本是亮点，可这次发现水准下降，中式点心都是超市的大陆货蒸的，以前还有些广东特色，这次有点失望了。
