前台服务差！原因是酒店规模比较大，但前台大多数时间是两个人办入住，办入住的客人排成长龙。我是上午预定的，居然下午六点都没有房间给我。前台的解释是没人搞卫生**，这解释雷人吧？

到酒店恰逢展会，入住要排队，早餐也要排队。但前台妹妹态度非常好，知道有小朋友就给了小朋友专用礼包，有全套洗漱用品，浴袍，拖鞋，还有棉花糖和吸吸果冻，孩子好开心。先生生日没有提前预定，所以没有蛋糕，但送了个果盘，非常棒！江景房景色很棒，户外泳池有儿童池，还有滑梯，户外草地有滑索玩，小朋友玩疯了，舍不得走。所有碰到的服务员都很礼貌，好评！！
