一直选择该酒店 这次让我住的非常失望 先订酒店提前了想提前来休息来到前台遇见小朱告知没房 抬杠没话说 语言犀利的很 住那么就久从没感受到过如此优秀的员工让我们很气愤 后来 才知道不是没房 我们已经告知要住 小朱说没房让我们去退房 没告诉我们换房型 讲话咄咄逼人的样子 其余前台态度极好 给我们换了房型补了差价才得以住进 但我们我们好几天心情低落
之后打扫也没打扫干净不知道为什么 因为小朱态度及其不好 到时我们对酒店服务有问题 不再住 全部差评

环境整洁 房间也是不错的 酒店服务人员态度周到，这家酒店的人员都是彬彬有礼的。酒店工作人员也温馨的打了回访电话，Tanya的回访电话让人满意。选择续住了，总体都很不错
