第一天带娃去游泳池戏水，全程无人提及需要泳帽，全泳池也没几个人带，由于都是不下水游泳的，也没人在意，第二天再去，有个工作人员突然就强硬的说不戴泳帽不能进去，态度恶劣，我说昨天怎么没人说呢？那工作人员说，你昨天几点来的？好像我胡说一样……我说你们的规定天天改的吗？那人表示开会的时候会提出来……拜托我不是你们的工作人员，你别跟我说这些没用的。带着孩子不想和他啰嗦了，你们既然有规定就好好做，做不到就不要影响客人，我们是来玩的，不是来听你们说你们开会内容的，服务性行业，顾客至上，从来没有遇到过这种酒店，再也不会去了。

早餐不错 很精致，适合带孩子去玩，泳池有露天和市内，有恒温泳池，适合孩子一起玩。地理位置也不错 ，离正佳广场2公里以内，总体评价不错

首先表扬9楼收拾房间的服务员，这是我这次出游房间收拾最板正的，表扬一下。
上午11点多到酒店，12点办入住，特意去早点希望能要个好的房间，结果，前台小哥带眼镜。要啥没啥，给的9楼房间是带拐角的，好像是个套房改的，洗手间很大，其余的就是0风景，窗户对面就是海航办公楼，无语了。。。。
早餐还行，其余没啥特别的，酒店应该比较老点了，其余没啥可留念的

酒店地理位置一流 设施设备旧了点 最不能忍的是wifi 信号差 速度慢 最后直接用的4G 总体而言跟威斯汀的定位不符
