酒店设施齐全，酒店服务员，从前台，客房到餐厅，亲切，友善，专业。由于节假日，客房交付时间较晚，来不及收拾（我大概两点到酒店取房）。前台不断耐心解释，协调。最后，还免费给我们升级房间。

入住的时候前台给升级到了行政楼层 非常安静 房间视野很好 也很大 浴缸和淋浴都有 床也比较舒服
稍有不足的是刚进房间的时候感觉有点霉味 另外洗浴用品相对而言稍逊色一些
节假日怕堵车选择了地铁去机场 走几步就到3号线林和西路了 离东站也很近 吃饭出行都很方便

客房、送餐、自助餐、早餐以及入住的服务都很满意。小年夜正好疫情刚开始紧张起来的时候入住，看到很多措施一一到位，反应速度很快。酒店地理位置也很好。

早餐很好，可以加床，也可以带孩子，酒店位置中心地段，停车场很大，地下三层，两万多个车位放心吧，来住就知道了！

一如既往的威斯汀的高大上！出差正值圣诞期间，大堂圣诞气息浓郁，装饰的相当漂亮。房间里有赠送的助眠用的薰衣草精油，我相当喜欢！早餐有39层和2层可以选择，39是会行政会所的性质，比较安静，相对2楼品种要少一些。2楼的早餐品种相当丰富，中，西，日式各种风格都有，要吃早餐，请提前一小时！因为品种太多，选择太多??????
