服务不好，空调不凉，喊维修快一小时才来人处理，换房问有没优惠，说有，然后介绍我住更好的，打折给我，关键是折扣还贵过我现在住的160元，晕😲订咯房后，因为有急事，一点多订的，到五点多退，居然不可以按半天时间算，不能退，还建议我继续住，去，我要没急事。退房玩呢

前台方经理服务非常好，超五星的！为什么这么说呢？本来我们订的酒店不是这家，是隔壁相差一个字的酒店，走错路了进入了威珀斯酒店，一问才知道走错了。这个过程中向方经理问的所有问题都耐心解答，第一赞！全程微笑面对，第二赞！即使知道我们不是他的客人也耐心解答，第三赞！重点是我们要去旁边酒店住了，他竟然还送我们出门为我们指路！第四赞！到了这个地步，我觉得我不在这里住真对不起他了，所以当即决定入住这家酒店。还耐心为我们推荐房型，豪华两居室正适合我们的需要！第五赞！你们酒店赢了，因为你们有这样的员工，下次来还会选择这里，因为你们用心服务！
