每次来酒店住的都挺好的，但是今天不一样。到店订房，大床房要300多。我说那我网上订吧，网上不到200块。这个时候酒店前台就让我在当面订。按照网上的价格给我。我就拒绝了。从网上订了之后。发现这个房间比以前的大床房很小。然后电话也是坏的，门把手也是坏的。我就打电话问。前台那个前台说没错。那这个时候我还完全没有动房间里的任何设施。我说那我退房不住了，可以吗？他说完全不可以。除非添钱升级房间。这让我很生气。
